No. You can purchase a published plan directly. If you prefer a walkthrough, Request a Demo and Priority Governance will follow up to arrange it. Enterprise is scoped individually.

Plans are based on governed people: everyone your organization’s AI rules apply to, not just logins. Published plans share the same essential governance foundation, with support and scale differences. Guided Activation is included with no separate activation fee. See Current Plans and Pricing.

The subscription supports an operating governance capability as your AI use evolves. The first 90 days cover Guided Activation, leadership approval, and the start of recurring operation. Control Center subscriptions are billed monthly and begin with a 90-day initial commitment. After the initial 90 days, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled under the Terms. The commitment is separate from founding-price protection.

Founding Organization pricing is initially available to the first 25 paying organizations. Founding Organization pricing is locked for the customer’s first 12 months of continuous active service. If the subscription is canceled, price protection ends with it. A later restart is at the pricing published at that time. If you move between Essential, Team and Organization while price protection is active, the new plan is billed at its Founding Organization price. The protection end date does not change — a plan change neither restarts nor extends the 12 months. Enterprise is scoped and priced separately. Cancellation, payment issues, and service status are governed by the Terms. The 90-day initial commitment and price-protection conditions still apply. A later restart is at then-current pricing. Review Cancellation, Payment, and Service Terms before purchasing.

Your initial inventory, internal governance owner, baseline use and access rules, reporting path, and review rhythm. You supply high-level information about your tools and practices; your leadership approves the starting position. Existing policies are useful but not required. You continue maintaining the record as new tools and questions are reported.

Your named internal owner coordinates the work, and leadership decides and approves. Control Center organizes records and reviews; the Governance Guidance Assistant explains approved decisions without making new ones. Fractional AI Governance adds bounded operating support when your team needs it.

Eligibility for the AI Governance Active badge is included. Organizations earn it after completing Guided Activation and meeting the published operating requirements. Review and administration are performed by a person. It is not certification, an audit, regulator approval, or legal or security assurance, and it makes no compliance claim. No. Tools and vendor changes enter through organizational intake, reporting, and review. Companion applies recorded rules before reviewed services open on installed, enrolled, operating work browsers. It does not read prompts or responses, monitor sessions, or cover every device. No. Priority Governance provides practical governance-readiness support, not legal advice, a security assessment, an audit opinion, or a compliance certification. Leadership retains organizational authority; legal, privacy, HR, security, and IT specialists retain work in their disciplines. The badge and product do not change those boundaries.

Fractional is the premium operating layer above Control Center, which is included while the engagement is active. Priority Governance recommends, coordinates, records, and tracks recurring governance work within an agreed scope. Your leadership decides.
