What this is (and isn’t)
A plain-English summary of how the QuickScan handles information. It supplements — and does not replace — our Privacy Policy and Terms. The QuickScan is not legal advice, not a security assessment, and not a compliance certification.
Data-minimization by design
The QuickScan is designed to minimize sensitive data collection. It’s built around policies, processes, and high-level governance information. No sensitive operational data is required.
What not to share
Please don’t provide customer data, employee records, PHI, financial records, credentials, source code, production logs, trade secrets, or sensitive legal documents — in answers or uploads. If in doubt, describe it instead of sharing it.
Optional uploads
Uploads are optional and only for non-sensitive governance materials, with a confirmation checkbox and file-type/size limits. You can complete the QuickScan without uploading anything.
How we use your submissions
Your information is used to prepare your QuickScan readiness snapshot and report. We don’t use your submissions to train public AI models.
Who can see it
Access is limited to authorized Priority Governance review.
What we don’t claim
We describe our approach honestly and avoid absolute security claims. For anything sensitive, follow your own organization’s data-handling rules.
