Decisions That Stay Decided

New Tools and Vendor Changes Have Somewhere to Go

A Visible Sign That AI Governance Is Active
Eligibility for the AI Governance Active badge is included. Organizations earn it after completing Guided Activation and meeting the published operating requirements.
Communicate your established governance and maintained operating requirements.
The Operating Requirements
- An active Control Center subscription
- Guided Activation completed
- A named internal governance owner
- An initial AI inventory recorded and kept current
- Baseline use and access rules approved by your leadership
- A documented reporting and escalation path
- A recurring governance review established
- Eligibility reviewed at least annually, and whenever a material requirement lapses
- The badge may be suspended or removed if eligibility is no longer maintained
Review and administration are carried out by a person. Nothing in Control Center issues, verifies, renews or revokes a badge automatically.
The badge is not a certification, a legal opinion, a security guarantee, or an endorsement of any AI product, and it makes no compliance claim of any kind. It records that an organization is doing the operating work described above, as reviewed by Priority Governance.
Plans and Pricing
Plans are sized by the number of people your AI rules apply to.
1–5 Governed PeopleEssential
$99/month
One team, one set of rules, and a single approver — the least administrative complexity to keep current.
6–25 Governed PeopleTeam
$199/month
Several roles and information types, more decisions and exceptions in flight, and reporting that more than one person reads.
26–50 Governed PeopleOrganization
$299/month
Multiple teams and departments, more owners and review cycles to coordinate, and consistency to maintain across all of them.
More Than 50 Governed People?
Enterprise. 51+ governed people is scoped and priced individually: at that scale we agree the support and scope with you.
Control Center subscriptions are billed monthly and begin with a 90-day initial commitment. After the initial 90 days, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled under the Terms. Founding Organization pricing is locked for the customer’s first 12 months of continuous active service. If the subscription is canceled, price protection ends with it. A later restart is at the pricing published at that time. Founding Organization pricing is initially available to the first 25 paying organizations.
Guided Activation is included in every plan. There is no separate activation fee. Every plan includes the same essential governance functionality. Plans differ by organization size and the administrative complexity that comes with it — not by removing capability. Pricing is based on governed people — everyone your organization's AI rules apply to. They do not all need to sign in to Control Center. Full Commercial Terms.
Select a plan, provide organization/owner details, accept Terms and Privacy, and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Confirmed payment establishes your organization, subscription, and owner invitation; Guided Activation follows.
Your Decision Arrives Before the Tool Does
On a work browser where Companion is installed, enrolled and operating, a person opening a reviewed AI service meets your recorded decision first. It asks about intended use and information, applies your rule, and records the result.
Companion Availability and Boundaries
What It Does Not Do
No session monitoring or closing tabs already in use. It does not read prompts, uploads, responses, documents or page contents. Coverage is enrolled work browsers only, not phones, personal computers, other profiles or desktop applications. It is not a network control: stopping browser management does not remove access to an AI service. It is not universal or tamper-proof.
Where It Currently Stands
Not currently distributed through a public browser store; the distribution and installation path is still being finalized. We confirm companion availability before including it in an engagement. Treat this as capability once in place, not as something that arrives with a subscription.
Organization-managed installation and removal resistance are not available; employees can remove a standard installation. The rest of Control Center is independent of the companion and does not wait for it.
Questions Before You Begin
Why Is There a 90-Day Initial Commitment?
The first 90 days cover activation, approval, and an operating cycle, followed by monthly continuation.Review Commitment and Cancellation Terms.
Is This a Compliance, Security or Legal Service?
No. It is not legal advice, a security assessment, a compliance certification, or an audit opinion. Your leadership retains decision authority; specialists retain professional responsibilities.
Can We Start Without a Sales Call?
Yes. Published plans support direct purchase. Demos are optional; Enterprise is scoped individually.
Do We Need an Existing AI Policy?

Who Operates Control Center?
