What You Get
- Your Readiness Level — one of five plain-English levels, with a 0–100 score shown as the secondary number.

- Your Top Gaps — the areas most worth discussing first, shown only when your answers actually separate them.
- Practical First Moves — a short, concrete list of what to do next, drawn from your own answers.
- Policy Starter Outline (Discussion Draft) — a starting acceptable-use outline assembled from your answers, yours to copy, download, or save as a PDF. It is a discussion draft to refine internally and with your own advisors, not a finished policy.
Do Not Enter Sensitive Information
The QuickScan assesses governance practices, not the content of your data, so answer at a general organizational level. Do not enter customer records, employee records, credentials, protected health information, financial records, source code, trade secrets, or other sensitive information. If a question tempts you to, describe the policy or process instead.
The QuickScan is a directional self-assessment based on what you report. It is not legal advice, not a security assessment, not an audit, and not a compliance certification.
The QuickScan is designed to minimize sensitive-data collection. When you finish, it records your organization details, your answers, and — only if you choose to give them — your role and an email address. It does not accept document uploads, nothing is auto-emailed to you, and you can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
