What You Are Agreeing To

Control Center subscriptions are billed monthly and begin with a 90-day initial commitment. After the initial 90 days, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled under the Terms. Guided Activation is included in every plan. There is no separate activation fee.

Founding Organization pricing is locked for the customer’s first 12 months of continuous active service. If the subscription is canceled, price protection ends with it. A later restart is at the pricing published at that time. Read the Full Terms of Service.

Founding Pricing and Plan Details
  • Control Center subscriptions are billed monthly and begin with a 90-day initial commitment. After the initial 90 days, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled under the Terms.
  • Founding Organization pricing is locked for the customer’s first 12 months of continuous active service. If the subscription is canceled, price protection ends with it. A later restart is at the pricing published at that time.
  • If you move between Essential, Team and Organization while price protection is active, the new plan is billed at its Founding Organization price. The protection end date does not change — a plan change neither restarts nor extends the 12 months. Enterprise is scoped and priced separately.
  • When price protection expires, the subscription moves to the then-current price for your plan, under the notice and billing provisions in the Terms.
  • Founding Organization pricing is initially available to the first 25 paying organizations.
  • Guided Activation is included in every plan. There is no separate activation fee. Every plan includes the same essential governance functionality. Plans differ by organization size and the administrative complexity that comes with it — not by removing capability.

Payment is collected by Stripe on their own page. Card details never reach Priority Governance, and you land back here when it is done.

  2. Your organization is created

    Once the payment is confirmed by Stripe — not when the browser returns — your organization, subscription and owner invitation are created automatically.

  3. You are invited as the owner

    The invitation goes to the work email you gave. It is what turns the purchase into an account you can sign into.

  4. Guided Activation begins

    Working sessions where your initial governance is established around your own people, AI tools and information — and approved by your leadership before anyone works from it. Included in every plan, with no separate activation fee.
