The recommended way to begin
Establish Practical AI Governance in 90 Days
Governance Launch is an implementation engagement rather than another document purchase. Priority Governance works alongside your leadership to identify the AI tools already in use, establish practical rules, prepare staff guidance, document acknowledgments, and organize recurring reviews. We prepare and coordinate the work. Your leadership approves the decisions.
No sensitive client, customer, or company information is needed for the call. No purchase or commitment is required from it.
- An internal owner is active.
- A known and material AI inventory exists.
- Baseline rules have been approved by customer leadership.
- A reporting and escalation path is published.
- Staff guidance has been issued to the defined population.
- Training and acknowledgment status is recorded.
- Initial decisions carry owners and review dates.
- The first Governance Record has been generated.
- The next operating model has been selected.
What We Establish
Ninety Days From Known AI Use to a Working Process
Before kickoff: A clear welcome checklist and small information request. Then the work moves through three phases, each ending with something your organization can point to.
- Days 1–30
Establish
Known AI use becomes a practical baseline.
- Initial AI inventory and known material uses
- Named owner and escalation path
- Days 31–60
Enable
Staff receive usable guidance rather than a long policy.
- Leadership-approved baseline rules
- Conditional and prohibited-use records
- Staff guidance and training
- Version-bound acknowledgments
- Days 61–90
Operate
The first requests, reviews and follow up move through a repeatable process.
- Initial Governance Record
- Review schedule
- First operating cycle
First 90 days of Control Center are included throughout, so decisions, owners and reviews have a place to live from the first week.

Your Leadership Decides
What Your Leadership Approves
We prepare, recommend, structure, coordinate, record, track, remind and report. Your leadership makes the decisions — and nothing reaches your people until it has been approved.
Baseline Use and Information Rules
Which AI tools people may use, with what kinds of information, and under what conditions — settled in the Leadership Decision Session.
Approved, Conditional and Prohibited Uses
Each known use is recorded with its status and any conditions, so staff get one answer rather than several.
The Named Owner and Escalation Path
Who owns governance day to day, and where a new request, exception or concern goes.
What Staff Are Asked to Follow
Staff guidance and training reflect only what leadership has approved, and each acknowledgment is tied to that version.
The Ongoing Model at Day 90
Priority Governance prepares one recommendation with the reason behind it. Your leadership chooses.

- Accepts the responsibility and data handling model.
- Provides high level organizational information and timely approvals.
- Obtains and records authorized leadership decisions.
Priority Governance prepares and coordinates the governance process using high level organizational information. Your leadership approves decisions, and your legal, security, privacy, HR, audit, and other specialists retain their professional responsibilities. Priority Governance does not require client files, prompts, matter content, taxpayer records, or policyholder records to establish the governance operating record.
At Day 90
Your Leadership Chooses What Comes Next
At day ninety the first operating cycle is complete, your Governance Record is delivered, and your leadership chooses the ongoing model. Continuation is never selected for you: Priority Governance prepares one recommendation with the reason behind it, and your leadership decides.
The two ongoing options are Control Center, operated by your internal owner, and Fractional AI Governance, with Priority Governance preparing, coordinating and reporting alongside you.
